WHERE WILL OUTDOOR SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?

Outdoor sessions will be hosted at your nearest park or outdoor space.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I'M CAPABLE OF PERFORMING CERTAIN EXERCISES GIVEN MY FITNESS LEVEL?

Before the first session, you'll undergo a client assessment where you'll be answering health and fitness related questions in order for me to get an overview of your current level of fitness. Factors to consider are: Age, Lifestyle, Diet, Medical history, etc.

CAN ATHLETES BENEFIT FROM MY EXERCISES?

Yes, athletes of all ages will benefit from my workouts. I offer routines that focus on improving athletic performance such as explosiveness, agility, balance, stamina and cardiovascular endurance.

I'M ALREADY ATTENDING A GYM BUT WOULD LIKE A PERSONAL TRAINER TO ASSIST ME DURING WORKOUTS.

I offer Indoor training Sessions as well. Typically, most gyms offer room for trainers to assist their clients. However a fee will be charged to the trainer for each attendance. The same rule applies for private studio gyms or community centers with private weight rooms.
